SMS Environmental office opening hours during this period are as follows:
- Friday 22 December 9 - 3PM
- Monday 25 & Tuesday 26 December - Christmas Day & Boxing Day - Closed
- Wednesday 27 - Friday 29 December: 9 - 4PM
- Monday 1 January - New Year’s Day (England and Wales) - Closed
- Tuesday 2 January (England & Wales) - excluding Scotland, re-opening on Wednesday 3 January*
