In his role as Regional Manager, Jason leads operational control of our Wales and South West region. Leading operational, financial, and service delivery control across our water hygiene, risk assessment, HVAC, and closed systems, Jason leads our motivated team to ensure exceptional client relationships across the region. Driving regional growth and compliance, Jason’s focus on client satisfaction and strategic growth has made a significant impact on our region’s success.

A Diverse Career Journey
Jason’s career began in retail before he briefly explored graphic design. However, he discovered a passion for plumbing, which led him to enter the water hygiene industry. His journey began as a PPM Engineer at a competitor, where he spent two years honing his skills. He then transitioned to risk assessment for three years, before taking on supervisory roles and becoming a Compliance Champion, where he trained others. His career progressed to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, managing clients within the Midlands & South region, with Jason often being utilised for the larger clients with national coverage.
Motivated by Family and Growth
Jason’s motivation stems from a desire to build a fulfilling career for his family. He actively seeks out challenges and opportunities for learning, continuously pursuing training courses to enhance his skills. The career progression he has experienced has been both challenging and rewarding, reinforcing his commitment to excellence in the industry.
