SMS Environmental recently went transatlantic when Director John Sandford CMIOSH sat down with Trace Blackmore, CWT, LEED AP who is one of the water treatment industry's leading experts and also the host of "Scaling Up!" to discuss water regulations outside of the USA.
The podcast is the 203rd episode of the series and digs deep into a number of topics including how Legionella control is controlled in the UK, vs in the USA and how the mismanagement of buildings can lead to disinfections being ineffective, regardless of how well they are carried out.

John set up SMS Environmental back in 2001, with the company celebrating its 20th Anniversary just last month. John has over 30 years of practical research experience in water treatment and Legionella control. He is also a member of the Water Management Society (WMSoc) Council and has recently become a member of the AWT in America, which has been an exciting, albeit natural next step.
